What you'll do

• Manage ink blending and color matching
• maintain customer formulation files
• coordinate ink deliveries and inventory
• plan rework of press returns and manage obsolete materials
• maintain production, inventory, and formulation records
• support VOC compliance monitoring and reporting
• maintain housekeeping and safety procedures
• supervise Ink Technicians and Graphic Technical Coordinators
• liaise with the customer on product trials and development
• support quality qualification trials and customer service
• manage personnel scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• maintain 24-hour on-call availability for urgent quality or production issues.
