Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager — Fiber Design

The Outside Plant (OSP) Project Manager — Fiber Design role is based onsite at JSI’s Wills Point, TX office and pays $30–$40 per hour. The position supports JSI’s Fiber Design & Implementation Team and broadband initiatives intended to expand connectivity and digital inclusion. The project manager leads delivery of assigned outside-plant fiber-to-the-home design projects, coordinating engineers and CAD/GIS technicians, schedules, client alignment, and construction coordination. The role helps ensure design phases meet project standards, deadlines, and budgets.

What you'll do

• Oversee OSP FTTH design project delivery
• monitor design progress, schedules, and status
• interface with client design teams and provide updates
• facilitate design alignment meetings
• coordinate with field construction teams
• attend client and stakeholder meetings to report progress and manage risks.
