What you'll do

• Meet membership sales goals
• work toward performance goals for membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales
• explain services and enhancements
• answer calls, set appointments, greet clients, and support membership sales and management
• promote sales, promotions, and events
• maintain spa cleanliness.
