Description

Consults with physicians and allied health professionals regarding patient nutritional status and diet plans. Formulates and documents nutrition assessment, evaluation, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Participates in clinical rounds and department meetings. Provides nutrition education for in/outpatients.
