What you'll do

• Conduct property tours, process rental applications, verify background checks, and execute leases
• respond to resident inquiries and complaints
• collect rent, issue late notices, and manage delinquency accounts
• log maintenance requests, schedule vendor repairs, and follow up
• inspect grounds, vacant units, and common areas
• coordinate unit make-ready work
• maintain property records, tenant files, and financial ledgers in AppFolio
• assist with monthly operating reports and minor budgets
• ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
