HVAC Journeyman Technician

Job overview

The HVAC Journeyman Technician works onsite in Westminster, MD, serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Pay is $40–$50 per hour. The role supports Incro Tech’s residential and commercial heating and cooling work. The technician installs, repairs, and maintains HVAC systems, diagnoses system issues, performs preventive maintenance, and ensures work meets local codes and safety standards. The role also communicates with customers and completes job documentation.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ventilation units, and other HVAC systems
• diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• perform preventive maintenance
• comply with local HVAC codes and safety standards
• communicate professionally with customers
• complete job reports and documentation.

Why this role
