This role exists to provide personalized, patient-centered care that promotes dignity, safety, and independence for clients in their homes. The caregiver contributes to the team by assisting with daily living activities and maintaining strong, supportive relationships with patients.

What you'll do

• Assist with patient laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Ensure patient safety
• Report significant changes in condition
• Prepare light meals
• Monitor and record patient temperature
• Assist with ambulation
• Conduct range of motion exercises
• Maintain documentation
• Offer bathing assistance
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companion services.
