It supports program visibility, traceability, data quality, decision-making, and SAFe-aligned planning while maintaining security, governance, and long-term maintainability.

What you'll do

• Administer authorized Jira projects and configurations, including workflows, issue types, fields, permissions, dashboards, reports, and automation. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions
• enable SAFe planning and execution
• establish configuration, documentation, and change-control standards
• develop dashboards, JQL queries, and reports
• analyze data quality and delivery risks
• coordinate approved integrations and security requirements
• provide user support, training, and technical assistance.
