Scheduler/Estimator — Industrial Projects

The Scheduler/Estimator is an onsite role in Chalmette, LA. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Hargrove’s heavy industrial engineering and construction projects. The position develops and updates project schedules and estimates, monitors costs, and maintains change management and cost-control information. These activities help project teams forecast construction work, identify coordination and safety conflicts, and track commitments and project costs.

What you'll do

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages
• monitor and update schedules using meetings, coordination interviews, and field verification
• maintain the change notice and change order system
• assist with weekly change hearings and committee meetings
• estimate construction projects and change notices
• maintain cost systems
• reconcile commitments, change orders, and contractor invoices
• produce cost reports.
