What you'll do

• Serve as executive-level contact for HUB and patient access programs
• translate manufacturer agreements, SLAs, and program requirements into workflows and SOPs
• oversee SLA tracking, reporting, and escalations
• manage SOWs, renewals, scope expansions, and contract compliance
• oversee program revenue, margin, and cost optimization
• lead cross-functional execution
• drive standardization and operational improvements
• establish executive reporting and governance
• support client expansion and new program implementation.
