What you'll do

• Guide practice administrators and staff to improve workflow, patient satisfaction, and productivity
• monitor KPIs and financial performance
• lead day-to-day operations across multiple practices
• develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• identify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities
• coach and mentor staff
• conduct performance evaluations
• collaborate with senior leadership on regional growth plans
• develop marketing strategies
• ensure regulatory compliance
• recruit, hire, train, and develop talent. The role requires travel within the assigned region as needed.
