What you'll do

• Develop and improve global category strategies
• assess markets and risks
• lead supplier selection, complex projects, and contract negotiations
• coordinate cross-site initiatives for standardization, supplier rationalization, localization, dual sourcing, and continuity
• collaborate with buyers and stakeholders
• manage supplier reviews, KPIs, service-level agreements, and governance
• coach procurement teams
• ensure contract compliance
• use procurement and ERP systems including SAP
• manage categories including production equipment and machinery, tools, spare parts and technical components, process materials, and industrial vehicles
• support CAPEX procurement.
