The developer works with government stakeholders and technical teams to map processes, build and validate workflow solutions, support LLM and agentic automation efforts, and document and communicate changes.

What you'll do

• Support NAVSEA business process automation
• design and improve policy creation, review, approval, tracking, and management workflows
• gather stakeholder needs and identify bottlenecks
• translate requirements into workflows, process maps, documentation, and system requirements
• support LLM and agentic solutions for review, collaboration, reporting, and efficiency
• test workflows and support user acceptance, troubleshooting, and validation
• maintain user guides, requirements, procedures, and training materials
• support change management
• brief stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
