The Personal Trainer role is onsite in Osseo, Minnesota. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour. Crunch Fitness provides fitness programs and services to its members. The trainer develops and delivers fitness programs based on member goals, tracks progress, and provides ongoing support. The role also contributes to member education, service activities, and the club’s personal training business goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct member kickoff sessions covering goal setting, nutritional counseling, equipment use, and exercise form.
• Develop and deliver fitness programs, track progress, follow up with clients, demonstrate safe exercise techniques, and support seminars and group workouts.
• Schedule sessions and appointments, meet business-plan expectations, and help maintain an orderly facility.
