What you'll do

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options
• assess coverage needs and explain plan features
• guide consumers through applications and enrollment
• provide consultative customer service
• maintain customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer-experience expectations
• maintain required licenses, certifications, appointments, and Marketplace credentials
• participate in training and team meetings.
