This role exists to provide essential technical support to end-users, manage hardware and software systems, and ensure the smooth operation of technology assets. The technician contributes to team goals by troubleshooting incidents, maintaining inventory, and upholding cabling standards.

What you'll do

• Provide technology support to end-users, troubleshoot incident requests, deliver technical training, set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices, oversee IT inventory, perform preventative maintenance, execute equipment moves, and manage user accounts.
