Registered Nurse – First Shift is an onsite role in Waukesha, WI. Pay is $42–$45 per hour. Aria Healthcare’s interdisciplinary team provides resident-centered care and supports residents’ independence. The registered nurse provides nursing care, supervises day-to-day work performed by Certified Nursing Assistants, and coordinates resident care with other disciplines in accordance with facility regulations and care plans.

What you'll do

• Prepare and administer prescribed medication
• review medication orders for completeness and accuracy
• transcribe physician orders
• document resident information and notify physicians and families as needed
• assist with admissions and discharges
• complete incident reports and follow-up investigations
• participate in care planning and conferences
• coordinate with other disciplines
• participate in continuing education.
