The Rikert Nordic Ski School Instructor role is onsite in Ripton, VT. Compensation is $17.50 per hour. The position supports the Rikert Outdoor Center at Middlebury College. The instructor teaches Nordic skiing to guests of varied ages and abilities and helps create a welcoming, safe lesson environment. The role also assists guests as a Mountain Ambassador and may teach snowshoeing or fat biking based on experience and ability.

What you'll do

• Teach Nordic ski lessons to guests of all ages and abilities
• welcome, assist, and direct guests as a Mountain Ambassador
• teach snowshoeing and fat biking according to experience and ability
• work cooperatively with Rikert departments
• assist other departments and perform Outdoor Center operational duties as directed.

Why this role
