Digital Marketing Lead

The Digital Marketing Lead role is hybrid, with onsite work three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, at the Downtown Boston, MA office. The annual base salary range is $110,000–$130,000, with eligibility for a target bonus. Freshworks builds service software for customer and employee experiences. The lead builds, launches, tests, and optimizes digital campaigns that support pipeline and revenue. Working with marketing, sales, operations, and analytics partners, the role uses campaign data and experimentation to improve performance across digital channels.

What you'll do

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, display/programmatic, paid social, and email
• execute integrated campaigns for acquisition, pipeline, and revenue
• build audience segments and support account-based campaigns
• partner on messaging, landing pages, creative, and content
• monitor performance and optimize
• run A/B tests
• support tracking, reporting, and attribution
• coordinate agencies and vendors
• use AI tools and workflows to improve campaign execution and efficiency
• share performance learnings.
