The Therapist role is hybrid in Visalia, CA, with some work-from-home time available if desired. Compensation is $42–$57 per hour. The therapist works in Balance Treatment Center’s Intensive Outpatient Programs, serving adults, adolescents, and families. The role provides group, individual, and family psychotherapy, assessments, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and crisis intervention. Through treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers and professionals, the therapist supports client well-being and program integrity.

What you'll do

• Provide family, group, and individual psychotherapy
• conduct admission and other assessments
• provide diagnoses and treatment recommendations
• provide crisis intervention
• consult with staff, caregivers, and professionals
• maintain timely documentation
• support discharge planning and treatment planning
• complete utilization reviews as required
• attend training, workshops, meetings, and trainings.
