What you'll do

• Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• maintain plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• report status
• facilitate meetings and follow-up
• gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements
• translate requirements into technical specifications
• conduct process and gap analysis
• develop business cases, user stories, and process documentation
• monitor performance and corrective actions
• manage change requests
• establish minimum viable products and groom backlogs
• serve as liaison among business units, technical teams, and leadership
• support change management and user adoption.
