What you'll do

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts

• correct exercise form and provide exercise regressions and progressions
• promote F45 services and assist with membership growth and retention
• perform light service desk duties
• demonstrate exercises
• set up, break down, clean, and store equipment.
