Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide

What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding assistance
• assist with ambulation, exercise, range of motion, transfers, and positioning as directed
• report pain, symptoms, or condition changes to the RN Case Manager
• document observations and care
• assist with medication reminders as allowed by state regulations
• perform assigned light homemaking tasks
• provide respite when appropriate
• report suspected abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation as required.
