The Civil Project Engineer — Site Development role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with an expected annual salary range of $90,000–$115,000 for a qualified candidate with at least four years of experience. The role supports KPFF’s established Los Angeles Civil team as it grows its presence in the Denver area and supports projects throughout Colorado. The engineer delivers civil and site-development design work from planning through permitting and construction, applying local knowledge and coordinating with project teams and agencies. The position also contributes to establishing KPFF’s growing civil practice and project presence in Colorado.

What you'll do

• Design and support civil/site development projects from planning and feasibility through permitting and construction
• prepare grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and related plans and calculations
• contribute to hydrology studies and modeling
• prepare Civil 3D models and design documentation
• coordinate permitting and approvals with local agencies
• coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• manage assigned technical work and deliverables.
