The Line Cook role is onsite in Rapid City, SD. Compensation is $18 per hour. The cook supports Colonial House’s kitchen operations. The role helps the kitchen deliver menu items efficiently and consistently by preparing and cooking food, maintaining stocked stations, and following sanitation and safety standards. It also supports coordinated service and food quality through teamwork and accurate order handling.

What you'll do

• Set up and stock stations
• prepare food as instructed
• cook menu items with kitchen staff
• clean stations and store leftovers
• maintain inventory
• ensure food is served simultaneously, at high quality, and on time
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• read tickets and screens accurately
• remake orders as needed
• and assist with other kitchen duties.
