What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• answer calls and schedule appointments, refill requests, and general inquiries
• check clients in and out and process payments
• explain invoices
• communicate wellness and preventive-care information
• coordinate with veterinarians and technicians
• maintain medical records
• respond to email, text, and online requests
• coordinate prescription requests and follow-ups
• maintain the reception area
• support clients during emergencies and end-of-life visits.
