What you'll do

• Coordinate vacant-unit scheduling and service requests
• inspect work and approve workmanship
• maintain pools, spas, fountains, common areas, and amenities
• monitor inventories and budget guidelines
• support property security and accident prevention
• communicate property issues and improvement recommendations
• purchase approved supplies and services
• work weekends when necessary and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
