What you'll do

• Manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned shift
• support the unit director or manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services
• provide managerial presence across shifts
• manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers and provide performance input
• monitor compliance with professional nursing standards, regulations, policies, processes, and clinical priorities
• coach, mentor, and collaborate to deliver quality care.
