The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician role is onsite in Cypress, TX, and pays $16–$19 per hour. LifeSkill Behavioral provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families to support meaningful skills, independence, and individualized goals. Working under the clinical direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Qualified Behavior Analyst, the technician delivers one-on-one therapy, implements treatment plans, collects clinical data, and supports skill development. The role contributes to consistent, client-centered care and progress toward each client’s goals.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA/QBA supervision
• provide one-on-one therapy
• support communication, social, behavioral, academic, and daily living skills
• collect clinical data
• follow protocols and supervisory recommendations
• maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• communicate with families and treatment teams
• complete documentation and protect confidentiality.
