The Reimbursement Supervisor works onsite in McKinney, TX. Pay is $21–$28 per hour. The role supports the Revenue Cycle / Billing Department and reports to the CEO. The position leads reimbursement and medical billing operations to support accurate claims, collections, payer compliance, and timely resolution of billing issues. It supervises specialists, improves workflows and reimbursement metrics, and provides training and analysis to support the organization’s financial health.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily reimbursement team operations, including claim submission, billing edits, denials, and collections
• ensure accurate and timely claims with appropriate documentation
• monitor days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and collection effectiveness
• review billing codes and resolve escalated payer issues
• maintain payer setup in the billing system
• coordinate third-party payer and assistance-program billing
• oversee refund documentation and payment coordination
• audit delivery tickets and financial-assistance eligibility
• review hardship waivers
• analyze reports and recommend improvements
• train staff
• ensure billing regulatory compliance.
