What you'll do

• Coordinate construction activities to meet schedules and estimates
• maintain safe and productive sites
• control labor, materials, and budgets
• visit project sites at least weekly
• coordinate project turnover
• prepare and update schedules, status reports, and execution plans
• process submittals
• prepare flash reports
• ensure site reporting and project files
• maintain construction quality
• update project financials monthly
• conduct performance reviews of direct reports.
