The position supports The Learning Experience’s preschool and daycare team in creating an engaging environment where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. The assistant partners with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum, maintain classroom health and safety standards, and communicate children’s activities and achievements to families. The role contributes to children’s academic and emotional development through daily classroom support.

What you'll do

• Partner with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum
• help maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards in classrooms and programs
• collaborate to create a welcoming and engaging daycare space
• communicate children’s activities and achievements to parents and families through mobile apps and personal discussions. Applicable state licensing requirements apply.
