What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations and direct the shift when the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II are absent
• maintain guest-service and Ops Scorecard goals
• address customer cases within 24 hours
• train and engage team members
• manage cash-handling procedures
• monitor sales, labor, and food costs
• delegate duties through pre-shift huddles
• complete required forms and logs
• maintain safety, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• coordinate repairs and pest-control needs.
