Pledge Processing Specialist — DoD SkillBridge Internship

The intern supports nonprofit financial operations by processing pledge and cash receipt information, maintaining donor records and documentation, preparing reconciliations, and assisting United Way partners with customer service.

What you'll do

• Research and post daily cash receipts to donor and corporate accounts
• process billing statements
• generate donor acknowledgement letters and tax receipts
• prepare and import electronic files into campaign software
• maintain account posting documentation
• support donor choice and agency vetting
• prepare agency payout reconciliations
• enter pledge forms
• provide phone and email customer service to United Way partners.
