What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers while maintaining safety
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• support residents’ independence and well-being
• assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding while considering dietary needs
• provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
