What you'll do

• Assist Assisted Living and Memory Care residents with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, meals, hydration, and comfort
• record vital signs and observe physical or emotional changes
• provide companionship and meaningful interactions
• respond to call lights and pendant systems
• encourage activities, social engagement, and independence
• document care and communicate changes to nursing leadership and other shifts
• support meal service and dining-area cleanup
• follow confidentiality, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
