The Associate Director, Program Operations — Post-Accelerator role is hybrid, with an office presence at least three days per week in Chicago, IL; Newark, NJ; or New York City, NY. The hiring range is $62,700–$67,300 in Chicago and $69,000–$74,100 in New York City/Newark, based on a 50-hour work week. Braven prepares college students to secure strong first opportunities after graduation. The role builds and improves operational systems for programming after the Accelerator, coordinating teams, processes, and resources so Fellows receive consistent support at scale and can pursue strong post-graduation opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Lead planning and execution of national Post-Accelerator programs
  • design operational processes for mentoring, Career Communities, events, and job-opportunity initiatives
  • coordinate regional and national teams
  • track program metrics and analyze weekly data
  • improve standard operating procedures and communications
  • onboard and train teammates
  • maintain documentation and internal resources
  • manage one to two part-time student interns.
