What you'll do

• Manage construction from preconstruction through closeout, including permitting, procurement, scheduling, and owner turnover
• track schedules, budgets, and costs
• conduct site visits and enforce quality and safety standards
• coordinate with owners, design teams, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors
• manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, reporting, and project documentation
• support project handoffs.
