Agency Manager – Insurance

What you'll do

• Partner with the Agency Owner to build and grow the agency
• lead daily office operations and customer experience
• quote, present, and bind new personal lines policies
• manage the sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities
• coach team members
• develop referral and community relationships
• review coverage needs
• ensure business meets carrier underwriting guidelines
• collaborate with the Service Center
• and maintain client records and agency data.
