Thrifty White Pharmacy is a patient-focused pharmacy chain serving rural Midwest communities and supporting better health outcomes. The pharmacist dispenses medications and supplies, provides clinical pharmacy services, and organizes prescription workflow and patient counseling. The role also supports patient engagement programs, leads by example in customer service, and follows up on long-term-care business needs.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and build customer loyalty
• promote and enroll patients in Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx
• model and coach patient-service standards
• organize prescription filling, counseling, and clinical-service workflows
• follow up with long-term-care facilities
• identify long-term-care and specialty business opportunities
• dispense medications and related supplies and provide clinical pharmacy services.
