What you'll do

• Provide level 1–2 support and manage service requests
• set up and maintain workstations and conference room technology
• support litigation, trial, audio-visual, and eDiscovery needs
• troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile devices
• administer user accounts and remote access
• train users
• support approved AI tools
• follow IT security and incident procedures.
