What you'll do

• Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, grounds, and facility vehicles
• change screens, storm windows, and light bulbs
• perform housekeeping duties in high places
• run errands
• assist with incoming and outgoing freight
• service wheelchairs and geri-chairs
• move resident oxygen as required
• maintain plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems
• remove snow and trash
• remain on call for emergencies.
