What you'll do

• Greet customers
• perform check-in, check-out, and reservations in the POS system
• accept payments
• take custody of pets and ensure proper placement
• answer telephone inquiries
• coordinate office tasks with management and coworkers
• provide facility tours when needed
• perform body checks on boarding dogs
• may be asked to feed or medicate dogs, provide requested playtimes, take dogs outside, sanitize accommodations, monitor daycare, or bathe dogs.
