Maintenance Technician — First Shift

The Maintenance Technician — First Shift role is onsite in Sharon, WI, with pay of $22–$35 per hour based on experience and skill level. The technician maintains facility systems and production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations for the customer’s team. The role exists to keep building systems and machinery operating reliably by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Accurate records, safety practices, and coordination with contractors help limit downtime and maintain the facility.

What you'll do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery
• diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• respond to service requests and malfunctions
• install or replace components
• interpret technical drawings and manuals
• document maintenance work
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• and assist with general facility maintenance.
