What you'll do

• Complete onboarding within two weeks
• review assigned group curriculum
• arrive about 10 minutes early and facilitate each group for the full hour
• facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts as needed
• encourage engagement and camera-on participation
• attend treatment-team and group-supervision meetings
• collaborate with care-team members
• complete treatment notes within 24 hours
• maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
