What you'll do

• Manage an assigned caseload and provide legal strategy and oversight
• evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value
• guide Foundation team members on strategy, documentation, evidence, and next steps
• review policies, coverage issues, UM/UIM claims, and liens
• monitor medical treatment and case readiness for demand, negotiation, or litigation
• respond to clients requesting attorney contact within 24 hours
• pursue early settlement opportunities and participate in negotiations as appropriate
• monitor legal deadlines
• identify evidence or documentation gaps and direct corrective action.
