The role also supports kitchen organization and the Dietary Manager’s operations when needed.

What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes
• plate and garnish food
• maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• assist with purchasing and recipe compliance
• support the Dietary Manager during their absence
• handle last-minute requests for events and facility functions.
