Staff Software Engineer, Backend

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain services for high-volume data processing across employment-system integrations.
• Lead strategic and architectural alignment, reliability and expansion initiatives, and cross-team projects from problem definition through delivery.
• Deploy code daily, build scalable and maintainable systems, and debug issues using observability tools.
