What you'll do

• Clean building common areas, including spills, windows, and floors
• handle trash and recycling
• prepare vacant units for occupancy
• clean exterior areas and grounds
• perform light maintenance such as replacing bulbs, filters, blinds, and shades
• place mats during inclement weather and assist with weather-related cleanup
• report unsafe conditions, unlocked restricted-area doors, and potential security breaches.
