What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer concerns using available administrative and technical tools
• perform warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• address original customer concerns before additional sales
• inspect vehicles for maintenance opportunities
• return vehicles as clean as received
• keep current with technical publications and service systems
• complete repair-order paperwork and required forms
• participate in factory or in-house training
• perform other duties assigned by service leadership.
